Fairtech Ltd. is a successful building engineering company operating since 2001. Our main profile includes primarily commercial buildings, halls, hotels, office buildings and other industrial investments, primarily in Hungary, but we also have references abroad. Water supply
Supply of drinking and process water to buildings and installations, construction of cold/hot/circulation networks with plastic and/or metal piping systems from the utility connection to the consumer
Severage
Drainage of communal and process wastewater from buildings and installations, construction of gravity or vacuum rainwater drainage systems.
Cooling / Heating
Design of comfort or process cooling/heating systems with radiators, fan-coils, surface heating/cooling and other heat transfer devices, gas boilers, heat pumps, liquid coolers or other heat generators.
Gas supply
Construction of low and medium pressure natural gas supply networks from design to official handover.
Ventilation
Construction of comfort, technological and fire protection systems from galvanized sheet, PIR sheet, fire protection building board and other materials.
Airconditioning / VRF
Installation of split, multisplit and VRF systems.
Technological systems
Deployment of compressed air networks and other technological systems.
Mechanical maintenance of buildings
If commissioned, we undertake the maintenance of the building services projects we carry out after the technical handover.
